Update to website for new procedures in line with government guidelines during the covid 19 pandemic

As you come to us for an appointment, knowing the measures we have in place will help to put you at ease.

Please be on time for your appointment.  You will be greeted at the main reception door and brought directly into the consultation room. 

We ask everyone to wear a mask, and to observe the hand washing/sanitising requirements

We are allowing one guest for wig selection purposes, however we will ask they remain seated in order to reduce touch points and traffic.

Wig caps (provided) are worn and regular hand sanitising throughout the appointment by both client and staff member will be observed.

We will ask Covid-19 screening questions of you and your guest and will retain the information including email addresses for 21 days in line with Government requirements for track and trace

Our number one priority is the health and safety for everyone.  We ask if you or your guest are not feeling well, to please reschedule your appointment.
